The UMB Student Counseling Center (SCC) will begin a monthly online discussion group for all UMB students in the LGBTQIA+ community.

What works for you when you are stressed? Students are invited to chat with peers about the various coping strategies they may use. Come prepared to discuss what’s in your selfcare toolbox!

We will provide information about applying for the J-1 visa, arriving at UMB, estimated cost of living in Baltimore, housing/transportation/banking options, J-1 health insurance requirements etc.
