2025 UMB Founders Week Staff Lunch
The 2025 Founders Week celebration kicked off with one of UMB's favorite traditions: the Staff Luncheon at historic Westminster Hall. More than 500 UMB employees gathered to share a meal, connect with colleagues, and be recognized for the vital role they play in advancing our mission. From the warm greetings by President Bruce E. Jarrell, MD, FACS, to the laughter filling the hall, the luncheon was more than just great food, it was a moment to say thank you. Our staff are the heart of UMB, driving discovery, learning, and service every day. Founders Week is our chance to honor that dedication and celebrate the community we’ve built together.Because every breakthrough, every student success, every act of service begins with the people behind the scenes — our employees.#UMB #FoundersWeek #FoundersUMB #ThankYouStaff #employeeappreciation #WeAreUMB
