Chancellor Jay A. Perman Portrait Unveiling

University of Maryland, Baltimore on Feb. 23, 2023, unveiled the portrait of its sixth president, Jay A. Perman, MD, who is currently the chancellor of the University System of Maryland. The portrait joins others in so-called "President's Hall" in the SMC Campus Center.
