The University of Maryland, Baltimore's (UMB) University Student Government Association, Faculty Senate, Staff Senate, and Council for the Arts & Culture present UMB’s Got Talent 2025.
The annual UMB talent show — which highlights the impressive abilities of our UMB faculty, staff, and students — will take place April 9 beginning at 5 p.m. (with an approximate end time of 8 p.m.) at MSTF Leadership Hall, 685 W. Baltimore St.
The event will include:
- Voting for the winners: Attendees will vote for the winners in two categories (live performances and static art)!
- Crafted Creations Gallery: UMB’s Got Talent will feature a UMB “pop-up” art gallery for nonperforming artists. Art will be on display that night only.
- Artists must bring and take their art home that evening, i.e. no items may be dropped off early or left in the space at the conclusion of the evening.
- Artists must provide their own sturdy easel, if needed.
- Display tables will be available for 2-D and 3-D art.
- Certain works deemed pornographic, violent, or otherwise unacceptable may be disqualified on the spot by event organizers.
- While every attempt will be made to safeguard artwork, neither UMB nor its employees, volunteers, participants, or members of the UMB’s Got Talent committee will bear any liability for damaged items.
Light refreshments will be served to all performers and attendees.
