This interactive session introduces students to the principles and practices of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a transformative approach developed by psychologist Marshall B. Rosenberg.

This non-partisan Lunch & Learn session will explore a variety of ways the UMB community can engage in civic life—regardless of political affiliation.

We will provide information about applying for the J-1 visa, arriving at UMB, estimated cost of living in Baltimore, housing/transportation/banking options, J-1 health insurance requirements etc.
