UMB Alert: UMB phones are impacted by connectivity issues. Calls from a UMB desk phone to 911 may receive a busy signal. All calls to UMB police dispatch (410-706-6882) may be dropped after being connected.

Safe Ride service is still operational. Request a Safe Ride through the Mobile UMB app. Connectivity issues may occur intermittently while the issues are being addressed.
