The Future of Work at the University of Maryland, Baltimore
On March 28, 2024, the University of Maryland, Baltimore Future of Work Committee held its third and final hybrid town hall. During the two hour event the committee reviewed recommendations and discussed whether specific recommendations were approved, rejected, or subject to further review. Roughly 30 in-person and 100 virtual attendees asked a wide range of questions about implementation plans and offered additional suggestions. Speakers included UMB Provost and Exec. VP Roger J. Ward, Chief Business and Finance Officer and VP Dawn M. Rhodes, and Chief Human Resources Officer Malika S. Monger.
